CONDITIONS

Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana, vape, etc. If the vehicle smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible to pay a $500 fee. 

Please follow all traffic laws and parking regulations. You will be responsible for any tickets. If you get towed, you will be responsible for all fees incurred.

REFUELING POLICY 

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. Refuel the vehicle before you return with 91 Premium gas and take a picture of your receipt and upload to the app or text to me. If you are unable to upload a receipt, a charge of $25 will be added on top of the refueling charges for octane booster. 

CHARGING POLICY 

Electric vehicles are delivered with around 90% battery. Charge the vehicle before you return at any Electrify America charging station. Please return vehicle with as close to 80% battery as you can. If unable to charge before drop-off, a charging fee will apply.

CLEANING POLICY 

Car washing is unnecessary. The car’s paint is delicate and needs to be hand washed carefully. A cleaning fee will be charged if the car is returned excessively dirty.
